This registration session allows you to complete contact information and sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

The 2024 Memorial Day Tournament is hosted by The Cube in Valencia, CA for 8U/10U/12U/14U(A&B)/18U. 

A/BB/B Tryouts: Saturday, April 13, 2024 @ Ice In Paradise

Skill Levels TBD at the following Age Groups (Birth Years)

• 8U (2016+) - 4pm
• 10U (2014/15) - 4:45pm
• 12U (2012/13) - 4:45pm
• 14U (2010/11) - 5:30pm
• 18U (2006-09) - 6:15pm

Cost: $25 per player (plus processing fees)

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s) for the 2023-24 or 2024-25 Season. Be sure to SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey as each and every player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
• Step 3:  Please bring a copy of your player's birth certificate or passport to verify ages as is required for USA Hockey.
